COMMUNITY STANDARDS

AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Nordic Ville Home Studio

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Introduction

The Home Studio community — including any associated spaces operated under Nordic Ville, Nordic Ville Home Studio, or Homes for Abundant Living — exists to support Members on their journey to plan, design, and build a home they love. These Community Standards apply to all Members and set expectations for participation. They form part of, and are incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions, and are provided to Members at onboarding and as part of the membership agreement.

2. Confidentiality

What is shared within the community — including personal circumstances, financial details, project plans, photos, and conversations — must remain within the community. Members agree not to screenshot, forward, republish, or otherwise share other Members’ content, stories, or personal information outside the community without their explicit consent.

3. Respectful Communication

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and constructively with fellow Members, coaches, and staff at all times. Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, hate speech, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate a Member’s access to the community — without prior warning and without refund — where conduct is deemed to breach this standard.

4. Recording Restrictions

Live calls, coaching sessions, workshops, and community events may not be recorded, screen-captured, live-streamed, or otherwise reproduced by Members, except where we explicitly provide an official recording for personal use. This restriction protects the privacy of all participants and the intellectual property of the Program.

5. Intellectual Property Protections

All frameworks, teachings, templates, and materials shared within the community remain the intellectual property of Leanor Johannaberg and Nordic Ville. Members may use these materials for their own personal project but may not teach, resell, repackage, or publicly redistribute them, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

6. Support Boundaries

Coaching and community support are provided within the scope, format, and cadence described at enrollment — for example, scheduled calls, community Q&A, or asynchronous support. Support is educational in nature and does not extend to on-call, emergency, or unlimited one-to-one availability unless separately agreed in writing. Members should direct urgent professional matters — structural, legal, financial, or safety-related — to appropriately licensed professionals, not to community support.

7. Removal from the Community

We reserve the right to remove any Member from the community, at our sole discretion and without refund, in the event of a breach of these Community Standards, the Terms & Conditions, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the community, its Members, or the Program’s reputation. Where practical, we will aim to communicate the reason for removal, though immediate removal without prior notice may occur in serious cases.

8. Community Culture and Values

The Home Studio community is built on encouragement, honesty, and shared ambition to create thoughtful, intentional homes. We ask all Members to contribute to a culture of generosity — celebrating others’ progress, offering constructive feedback, and approaching differences in taste, budget, or approach with openness and respect.
