This Privacy Policy applies to all brands and services operated by Leanor Johannaberg, including Nordic Ville, Nordic Ville Home Studio, The Home Studio, Home Studio, and Homes for Abundant Living (together, “we,” “us,” “our”). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish data protection law.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you visit our websites, subscribe to our newsletters, take our quizzes or assessments, register for webinars or masterclasses, purchase our products or programs (including the Home Studio, Home Studio Advisory, and Dream Home Roadmap), participate in our community, or otherwise interact with us across any of the brands listed above.
3. What Personal Data We Collect
Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number.
Billing data: billing address and payment details, processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
Residential and project data: your residential address and/or the address of a property or building project, where you voluntarily provide this to us — for example in onboarding questionnaires, progress reviews, or community discussions — in order for us to provide relevant guidance.
Account and engagement data: purchase history, program progress, quiz and questionnaire responses, community posts and messages, and survey responses (including onboarding, 3-month, and 9-month reviews).
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies on our websites and platforms.
Communications: correspondence between you and our support team or coaches.
4. How and Why We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes, on the legal bases indicated:
To provide and administer our products, programs, and membership services (performance of a contract).
To process payments and manage billing (performance of a contract; legal obligation for accounting and tax records).
To communicate with you, including onboarding, progress-review, and support emails, and to respond to inquiries (performance of a contract; legitimate interest).
To send newsletters and marketing communications, where you have opted in (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
To personalize guidance based on voluntarily shared project or residential information (consent / performance of a contract).
To operate and moderate our community spaces, including enforcing our Community Standards & Code of Conduct (legitimate interest).
To improve our websites, content, and offers through analytics (legitimate interest / consent for non-essential cookies).
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including tax and accounting requirements (legal obligation).
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data only as necessary with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements, including payment processors, email marketing and automation platforms, website and course hosting providers, community and membership platform providers, and cloud storage providers. We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA); where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or reliance on an adequacy decision.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide ongoing membership services, to comply with our legal and tax obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Where data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal exceptions; request restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
